Hi Alex

Thanks for the excellent tip, I could not work out what was wrong, as soon as I put .innerHTML instead of .text in the dynamically created select/options it worked.

Cheers

Many thanks from Italy.
Your piece of code works like a charm, I crashed my head for hours in the attempt to understand how to resize images in PHP by keeping the transparency for PNG images and GIF images.

I've been struggling with similar problems regarding the keyboard layout and specifically the "home" and "end" keys. I too had Lenovo or actually it was IBM which was equipped with separate section for insert/delete/home/end/page up/page down keys, as in the standard desktop keyboards. Now, after using a while my new HP tx2000 laptop, I've begun to appreciate IBM's approach. This one has all previously mentioned 6 keys in the top right corner, all next to each other in a continuous row with F1-F12 keys. http://laptoplogic.com/data/reviews/images/211/tx2000_keyboard.jpg

Delete button is easy to find because it's the button in top right corner but hitting "home" and "end" buttons can be a hustle sometimes, not to mention the distance your hand need to travel each time you need one of those keys. I've been daydreaming of getting fn+ left, right, up and down arrow keys to function as home, end, page up, page down, respectively. Your post seems to have a solution my problem, even though the user interface of AutoHotKey seems a bit too "challenging" for my taste.

Btw, do you have any experience whether one can use AutoHotKey to map Fn + key combinations?

On ubuntu this is fixed by installing memcached and libevent first with apt. Calendar Server will only install its own versions if it doesn't find one in the system. Perhaps there is an equivalent under CentOS?

Hey Alex,

I'm using AuthSMTP for a project that needs send-to-a-friend functionality (we're also hosting it on Engine Yard Solo / Amazon EC2 which has problems with blacklisted IP's). Not totally sure if this is the greatest solution yet, but hopefully it solves the problem you've described.

Unfortunately, AuthSMTP isn't free, it's a paid service.

See you at work tomorrow ;-)

Hi nice post, i have come across your site once before when searching for something so i was just wondering something. I love your theme, would it happen to be a free one i can download, or is it a custom one you had made? In a few weeks i will be launching my own site, i'm not great with designs but i really like the style of your site so it would be cool if i could find (or pay for) something with a similar look. :) Thanks!
