I’m doing JUST that (and a bunch of other things) at the moment. I want to leverage the incomes from my main job, consulting gigs to accelerate the traditional investments (investments through real estates, stocks, etc.), and working on my ideas to really explode the potential of hitting a winner.

Bascially I am walking on 2 paths at the same time: playing it safe (job security, 401k, opening a Roth-IRA account this year) so I have a cushion to fall back on, and playing it hard with working 2 jobs, burning the late night oil to work on ideas. I know it can only be an uphill struggle from here, but it is a fight worth fighting.
