I had my first Adsense account and I was clicking it myself (I know!). They suspended this first account. I then applied for another account for www.LastProxy.com, got approved. Then about 3 weeks after that, they found out that the new account somehow connected to my previously banned account, thus Google suspended the new account too. Nothing I can do about. If you do good ads placement and utilize CPM ads and Pop-unders in the proxified-page, you should have no problems making $1.00 a day. Sure, I can help you a bit with the proxy template.
